feat: памятка о бумажном заявлении в заявках на отпуск

После согласования заявление нужно распечатать, подписать и сдать в
отдел кадров — напоминаем об этом в трудовом отпуске и отпуске без
содержания (подача и просмотр). Общий компонент LeavePrintNotice,
на печать не выводится.
